Anecdote for the Day

Queen Victoria (1819 - 1901) had a grandson who was very careless with money. One day he asked Queen Victoria to send him some more money.  Her Majesty did NOT send any money. Instead, she wrong a long letter to him, telling him to be a person who thinks hard about the many ways that a person can be successful.

Her grandson took her advice. He sold the letter for 25 pounds.
